1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (vape devices, disposable vapes, and related accessories), we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or malfunctioning upon arrival
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
⚠️ For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, or unsealed.
2. Return Process

Once your request is approved, we will provide a return authorization along with return instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account
⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used vape products
- Disposable vape devices after use
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or promotional sale items
